Oscar of Pioneers

Believing that Motivation and appreciation is one of our duties, Cultures with no Borders Association has honored and provided Recognition Certificates to many personalities in Morocco and Worldwide as an appreciation to their efforts each in his/ her field in the development of their communities or in the participation of sustainable development or in serving positively in their environment.

Knowing that each Recognition can on one side motivate the owner of the recognition to give more and to achieve even better, and on the other side to be motivated to compete with others for the good REASON. It is an honoring ceremony that mainly aims to shed light on women leaders by praising the pioneers in their fields of activity, including artistic, political, cultural, economic, etc. The Event of the Oscar gathers between a variety of themes : seminars, workshops, exhibitions, fashion shows, art presentations that promote and enhance women’s leadership. In general, the topics of the Oscar Event turn arround the idea of women empowerment in different fields, and discussions on the issue of women’s rights; equality, and leadership.

The 4 th edition was organized in Egypt even though the world was still struggling against Corona Pandemic and many countries were still closing .
Thanks to the persistant efforts of the president Mrs Naima Badaoui
and her determination in realizing the Oscar inspite of the hard circumstances
Mrs Naima Badaoui, when she decided to honor women pioneers by this event it was because she believes firmly in women achievements and capacities
She believes that the woman can achieve at home as a mother and also outside as a leader
And this belief is what made her organize the 4 th edition inspite of the hindrances and difficulties
She was alone in Egypt to organize an international event without sponsors nor support
But she said : I will do it and she did it
She did it and it was a very successful edition with the presence of many important names from political social cultural artistic and press sectors
It was orginized in triumph hotel in Cairo Egypt
And because Morocco at that time was closed
It was diffused directly on net so Moroccans could follow on line and even interact by Zoom

Was organized in Jordan Aqaba in collaboration with the

The edition was under Patronage of his Highness Faiçal al faiz (رئيس الاعيان الاردني )
And the partnership with the Region of Aqaba
Tourism office
Jordan airlines and so many other partners and participants
Cultures without borders asdociation has managed to raise very high the Moroccan flag in the presence of over 20 foreign coutries
And has proven that to love onse country and to be responsible for advertising your country’s culture and also Name
It is something we do out love and dedication not out of obligation
Thanks to our efforts and to the deep involvment of Mrs Rania Haddadin ( the jordan activist and director of the pioneers office of education on hunan rights)
The fifth edition of Jordan was also a very successful edition and it welcome different important personalities from different parts
Morocco / Palestine / Irak / Saudi arabia / Emirate / Qatar / Lebanon / Europe/ United states/ Canada / Tunisia…..
And the presence of many ministers, ambassadors from united Nations

European parliament
Also many famous names from press and Art
Also the parents of 15 martyrs from Palestine and Jordan…
The Edition also participated in the promotion of Aqaba region touristically by inviting over 15 influencers from many countries and organising with their participation many touristic visits to the region
